I think it means that the common is first and then each security sometime there after ... now remember it says anticipated. Gosh, that is the best news I could have gotten today. Trying to be calm but I am shaking with anticipation. Need to go check the filings to see if anything has been filed ...

One step at a time.

Actually, all 3 securities should start trading at the same time. Midland has been requested "MIDL" as their 4 digit symbol for the common stock; warrants and preferred will have the "W" and "P" identifiers appended to end of "MIDL". If you look at "Anticipated Additions", they only list the base security.

Example:
otcbb.com

Notice that Kids Stuff has 3 security types, all of which start trading on the same date.

KDSPU Kids Stuff Inc Pfd Uts 2/28/2002 03/05/1999
KDSPW Kids Stuff Inc Pfd Wts 2/28/2002 03/05/1999
KDSPP Kids Stuff Inc Ser I Pfd 03/05/1999

In monitoring the OTCBB Daily list, I've never seen a company have different start dates for different securities. FWIW.
