I know practically nothing. I phoned the NY office and talked to some guy. He talked in such circles I couldn't make heads or tails of it.
I don't have a pile, after the reverse anyway, but enuff I'd like to someday get my money back! If you can find any info on this please post it here.

According to the press release, the 2 million dollar placement should be done soon. I wonder what the dilution will be then? I think I will phone them this week and see if I can get any info, such as share count, etc.
