E*twoMEDIA.com Sells Subsidiary PR Newswire - January 25, 1999 15:26 NEW YORK, Jan. 25 /PRNewswire/ -- E*twoMEDIA.com (OTC Bulletin Board: ETMD) announced today that it has sold its interest in Nerox Power Systems, Inc. (NPSI) to Ross Production Company, Inc. The sale of NPSI represents 100% of the assets and liabilities of ETMD. In addition, ETMD announced today that it has signed a definitive agreement to acquire in a stock exchange 100% of FPS, a London based publishing company that plans to expand its business on the Internet in the US later this year. FPS earned last year $650,000 and projects earnings for 1999 to be $1.4 million. ETMD is currently negotiating with a Wall Street investment bank for the private placement of its $2 million convertible preferred shares.
