Furthermore, I refuse to believe that a CEO like Ellison, who personally takes over his sales team to make sure it's TCB, is going to tolerate a crappy e-mail program for three months! He wouldn't do that if his business relied on the medium for sales.

If you're right, ttf, I would hate to be anywhere NEAR Oracle HQ when Larry gets his hands on the poor bastard responsible. <g>

In any case, this'll be interesting to watch when the "news" breaks. If the stock tanks it'll be easily the best buying opportunity in the tech sector.

Mark

According to close friends in the company, oracle has had unprecedented e-mail problems for the last couple of months. How much does it actually affect honest business is not obvious.

Irrespective of email problems, I hear the fourth quarter is not going too well. This stock may be heading into teens. At that time it will present a good buying opportunity. I am not short so don't start jamming my e-mail with that "paid short" crap that Bipin and his blind followers love to indulge in.

This does not reflect on the product line, although it is not that great, the execution will fail oracle again. See you at 18 next month.
