What does a spin-off mean for share holders of IDTC? How will the stock price of IDTC appreciate. Do we get to buy shares of the spin-off. Sorry but I just don't understand what advantage to us. Thanks

Speaking of MEE. This reminds me of AOL expansion strategy. Free CD in a magazine. It worked for AOL, I think it'll work for IDT too.
The biggest problem IDTC has is to make people to download their software, and not somebody else's. And they are perfectly sovling this problem.
