No Robert, I have not bought in, all the problems I have identified as potential "killers" are still there, the only thing which will be gone is replacement of a potential future "Death Spiral" with a relatively immediate overhang of stock (I believe these 423b are filed when intentions to sell within three months are declared, am I correct?). The problem of financing until a material order materializes is still there, and if that financing has similar floorless features, the urgency will resume. VLNC is with its back to the wall, financially, every one that own that stock, including Jean Claude, surely knows that by now. I take it that most investors feels that Lev will miraculously pull a rabbit from a hat (the "financing is not a problem" that many on this thread believe in), and he indeed might. Knowing the realities of ramp up of new technology, I am not as sanguine as you are about the financial pot holes, this company will have to navigate. I assumed that Jean Claude knew that as well. I should add that with 1.7 MM shares to be disposed over the next 60 trading days (about three months or so), you have a daily load of 28,000 shares, and that will indeed have a downward pressure over the next few months. If, however, CC has already disposed of much of these shares by shorting let say half of it against the block over the last few months, then there will not be much pressure on the stock, since they are going to simply deliver these against their short rather than go and sell in the open market. This, of course, is a presumption, and I would actually think that it has a pretty good chance to be partially accurate. Zeev
