Can you say Dilution Boys and Girls? the redone Series E allows for 4MM shares to be issued in there tranches over the next 9 months furthermore, the co. just announced that they have a commitment from a "NYSE" firm to do a $20MM secondary. a. no real NYSE firm does deals at $2 /shr and b. who is this mystery firm and why isn't it mentioned in the press release. Now its math time - marketguide says there are 4.5mm shares outstanding as of 3/9/99 - so 4.5 plus 4 plus [secondary of $20mm divided by $2.5 -current share price = 8mm+ shares] = 16.5mm shares or a MASSIVE DILUTION TO THE current common shareholder.
