Hi, guys! any idea if the existing IDTC shareholders will get any shares from the spin-off (IPO)? If so, what the ratio might be between the IPO shares and the IDTC shares (1:2, 1:3, 1:5)? If they release news that the current holders can get some IPO shares, IDTC will fly. Think about how high iVil(iVillage) went today from the original IPO price. I believe Net2Phone's price on the day of IPO will be higher than iVil's.

Since Net2Phone is part of IDT,i.e., we have part of the ownership, they should and probably have to give us some IPO shares, right?

IDT Buys Genie [August 19/96]
IDT (Interactive Discount Telecom) Corp. said it has bought the troubled Genie Online Service from Yovelle Renaissance Corp. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.

With the deal, "IDT now fully owns the (Genie) online service, all of the content, and all of the rights over the (Genie) name," said IDT Investor Relations spokesperson Jeff Parness. Genie's online service currently provides 20,000 customers with more than 100 gigabytes of information, multi-player gaming, chat, and bulletin board services
