I feel some of your comments serve to epitomize the arrogance and sentiments of impunity that so many Americans express these days. When the United States seeks to "choose sides" and involve itself in global conflicts that have nothing to do with us, then justified retaliation should be expected. We must seek to resolve our own domestic problems before involving ourselves in a dilemma which I perceive to be a European responsibility. The current policy of the United States and NATO towards the Serbian people is one of naked aggression and it is an appalling experience for me to bear witness to the widespread support that most Americans seem to have for these actions.
