Chuck, don't know why, but those IM's make the hair on the back of my
neck stand up. Later we can explore many topics touched on.

I realize it was a business decision by Maxam with the IPM merger,
but "hold true to their word" was already "broken" by Maxam for IPM,
and a business decision could break promised dividends.
