I don't know who appointed you this board's resident attorney but if you think that in the US corporate world the leakage of information during negotiations does not happen then you need to go back to law school. Ahh, I love the warmth of a good flame!! Just because leaks happen doesn't make that ok. Did you really write that???? You are usually much more insightful and think through what you post but that was ridiculous. VI

Joe, Lou, Brad, James, all, Is it possible to find out through any of your connections if Eberting has a short position in DCTC? Knowing this would be helpful in expediting the next button. I'm sure his posting whether he does or doesn't holds no weight to those of us with the ability to sit up and take nourishment due to what he's taught us through his previous behavior. Eberting has proven in the past that altruism on this thread is hardly his virtue and his past two postings have been typically shallow in attempting to create doubts inside the obvious guise of being "helpful." Although there is a modicum of "general overview" validity in the article he linked, I don't read a lot of substance other than intending to plant a seed of shadowed ambiguity. Of course his "remarkable message from s o m e o n e" (ha ha ha) just made me go all "tingly" inside with its allegory, intrigue and thrilling mediocrity. Uhhh Jenny? Jenny??? Life is like a box of choc-o-lots.... Here's what I could find on this L-Link miracle. If it's the same thing Mr. Joyous is talking about it looks like your typical muti-level marketing deal hawking for "distributors." From what I read it looks like ordinary switches to me.
