Dear Shalom: I have just talked to Shawn's mother and finally I can answer some of your questions. Yes. Angel did get saved but she was heavily into tarot cards and 1-900 numbers. It seems that Angel has almost bewitched Shawn, and talked him into marrying him, although quite admittedly Shawn is a young man that freely married Angel,and told his mother she will change. Since renewing her interest in tarot cards she nor Shawn have gone to church although while they were dating they did go to church and get saved. As with many immature Christians, they do not know what they are; especially when the enemy comes against them and confuses them. So what I am really asking for first is some spiritual discernment and knowledge of what to pray for. I have known many people married to others into tarot cards , palm reading , and horoscopes; and they can make life in these relationships hellish. We have the love of a mother to consider for her son. I personally do not wish that this young man stay in this marriage if his life is going to made hellish and if the Lord looks into the future and sees that Angel will not change. On the other hand, if there is reason to believe Angel will again repent and return to the Lord and renounce forms of witchcraft then the Lord may be able to make something good out of it. I'll be perfectly honest; Angel has been into this behavoir since she was a young teenager; she briefly renounced it while she was attending church, but fell right back. You know the quotation. Vacate the house . And when you return from vacation the unwelcome guests are going to invite all the friends over and the little demons are entrenched. The point is that Angel seems to be doing this voluntarily. I've been casting out demons all week on this thread. Call it . Heads or Tails ??? A few more or a 100 more makes no difference to me. But if Angel is going to leave the front door open for them to pour back in whats the use?? Personally I call it a tails. I say Shawn is better off without her. Can we agree on this ?? Or we could take the middle of the road. Cast them out..See if Angel leave the front door open.. I really trust your judgement.. I'll do whatever you say.. Make the call on this one. In Christ.gregor
