Hi Retired41,

>> Bloomberg rips Daniel apart! <<

Of course I read the article. When I used the word "popular", I used it like in the following phrase: "popular with the FBI and IRS". It's not exactly the kind of popularity one would strive for.

The important fact in the article is that Daniel admits getting company information from stock promoters ! He just about admits he's does absolutely no DD (yeah, like he's even capable of it !) on some of the stocks he's posted !

The way I see this exciting story unfolding: Daniel comes clean with the authorities -- he and his family get a slap on the wrist (translation: a 5 or 6 figure fine), and hopefully Daniel blabs the names of the people who passed him bogus information -- who then get to endure lengthy prison sentences !!! A happy ending for those of us who are not guilty !

When this story makes it on to CNBC, please, please, please PM me. I'd also like to hear if CNBC runs a story about how stupid they were to make a fuss over Daniel.

Regards,
Chris

Yes, and actually we are still debating on whether to file against Bloomberg a law suit for slander... But we are only considering no actions have been taken. All talk so far.
