Bill, You know exactly what is needed to uncover this scam. You are the designated cheerleader for the GATA team. Just make sure that you have a business manager on the team who will do the dogwork, a lineman. When someone like Ole49'er asks specific questions don't dodge, counter with a request for their recommendations or ask them to be a volunteer.
