In relation to your statement re: "100%"- note that you did not duplicate my statement which was "as close to 100% as.....". In an event threatening the very core and existence of the US, you can bet the intellgence agencies have placed that as a/the top priority! My said statement is quite logical conjecture, not from any 'special' knowledge I have.
