Ed: if you want to pay 6 1/2 for a glass of merlot that's fine too. What price ambience? GEEZ!! Don't you get it??? It's free. Free! FREE!!! Hmmmmm, it's a tough decision. I'm all for trying new things. Would someone like K have fun at your bar??? Maybe 2 bars with a connecting hallway, so one can wander back and forth depending on one's mood??? K

I'll pour a little beer in the ferns every now and then. Blow a little smoke on them and they will do just fine. I've been in a few Frisco Bars. Nice plants. Nice people. Don't remember the names of any. I liked China town with the ducks hanging in the windows. Enjoyed the real Chinese food. It was good. My host was worried about what I was eating, and he lived in San Francisco! Enjoyed a Japanese place at Gerodeli (sp) Square. Cracked crabs and sour dough bread from fisherman's wharf. Did the wax museum one evening when bored and met a nice lady from NY. NW
