Important Risk Factors - Part 4

Numero Uno Risk Factor, bar none, is that Mr. Sims tries to hold onto his position. If he is not excised (preferably quickly), this company might go into a tail spin. The result of Mr. Sims staying will be a continued exodus of the best talent and an inability to recruit good talent. While his cronies like Toscanini may remain loyal (after all they have done quite well for themselves and each other, sometimes at the expense of shareholders and employees), rank and file employees, the lifeblood of a consulting services biz, will head for the exits. Those that stay will be somewhat more jaded and unlikely to give as much energy to the company and clients in the future.

Dos - Y2K related effects on IT spending still hard to predict.

Tres - Mr. Sims stays

Quattro - Mr. Sims stays

And finally the fifth risk factor is that Mr. Sims stays

Do we need to be any more clear, Mr. Sims ? It is time for you to go.
