Paul Aloha, It is a nice time of year in Maui, the whales put on a nice show this time of year. Shame I can't be there with you but it is a nice time of year in the Rockies also. The birds have returned, the trees have buds and the grass in the meadow is turning from brown to green. I'm going fishing soon, this is the time of year you can catch some real monsters. RE: Your questions (all three of them when you know the limit is two). 1. 909 like Aloha, is a greeting and can be used in different ways. It started by a freak posting thing where two of us post at the same time 9:09. About the same time GNET doubled for several of us so 909 became a well wish between us (eg "I hope you double your money"). It also means you doubled your money. With some some stocks you get double or triple 909ers, GNET is such a stock. 2. RE: Alta Vista IPO spin off date, that is CPQ's CEO's call and trump card. They may take their time and build it (M/A) before they cut it loose or they could go now. Alta Vista/CPQ is the 5th busiest tech site on the internet, people have blinders on. 3. RE: Selling, nope, I'm holding. CPQ is building an internet network kind of like GNET, bit by bit. I'm going for the ride, that's what I'm here for, the Techride. I hope I did alright with the answers. The welcome mat is always out for you here so don't be a stranger.
