Duane, AMZN and barnesandnoble.com are No. 1 and 2 online booksellers. Although AMZN had sales almost 10 times higher than barnesandnoble.com last year, the ratio will narrow by at least a factor of 2 this year. So I think it's not unreasonable that WS will value barnesandnoble.com at 1/5 AMZN, or about $4 B. BKS's 40% share adds $23.5 per share to its stock. We might be looking at a $60 stock here.
