To Whom It May Concern:

According to the BC Securities ACTS {??? to be checked for 100% sure) in the Province of British Columbia in Canada, or /and The Ontario Securities ACTS (to be checked for 100% sure) in the Province of Ontario in Canada. They use three basic Methods to protect investors: Namely;

1. Registration of securities dealers and advisors. (this is as I pointed out Sudhir is not a registered security advisor.)

2. Disclosure of facts necessary to make reasoned investment decisions . (this is as StockWatch reporter and as well as I pointed out that James Flannigan VS. Ranty Turners news leak case.)

3. THe BCSC or OSC has the power to enforce the laws and policies.

James, the BCSC or and OSC are empowered to make investigations, to undertake prosecutions for violations of their respective ACTS, to ensure that the laws are obeyed and to take administration action with respect to the conduct that is contrary to the public interests.

James, don't you think that OSC will not investigate the first case for investor's protection??????

James, don't you think that BCSC will not investigate the second case for investor's protection???????? In this case for timely disclosure, James.

The answer is we all have to wait and see any news that are coming??????

To the Stockwatch Reporter.

Since James did it I'll give you crap too. I subcribe to stockwatch and I can tell you honestly that I don't like your feeble attempts at reporting showing up in the company news. Your reporting is not company news. Keep it in the Stockwatch forum away from the news releases. Sheesh next thing you'll be reporting on Bombardier or the Banks. LOL
