Strange. The ONLY stock you post to on SI is FNTN.

Watcher, your mission is to keep us informed about the 144 filings.
At least you could tell us about MS's most recent planned sale of 41,558 shares. Instead you show us the incentives the officers have to make FNTN successful. What gives?

watcher, how does compare with other i-net start ups?
I make more then MS and MM together with much less responsibilities and risk, please let's be more objective here! If they did not have stock options they would not have any incentive!

Dear Watcher,
Thanks for the informative post. All facts good and bad are needed
to invest or not to invest. Looks like that answers a number of questions as to where the first 23 million shares went. What is sad to me is that prior to the shareholders meeting when the issue of what was going to be done with the additional authorization of 25 million shares MS said repeatedly ( and I believe MM ) that they would be used for M & A, nothing was ever mentioned that aprox 12 milion of those shares could be exercised by three employees. To think that they wanted a Employee Stock Option Plan on top of all of this? sheesh, unfreekin believable!!!!
Is there anything else worth reading in that filing? I still haven't found the time. AMB,, Barbara
