Look for a bottom of 10 to 11 and then an "oversold bounce" to the 15-17 area.

Should be fun....

<< The company is strong when it comes to its people, its project managers....and they need to do something quickly to push the stock price up to hold on to their employees. >>

In general I agree with this point. But the company's strength in it's people is eroding. It is not just the stock price: People of integrity and honesty do not want to be associated with dishonest, deceptive, and manipulative leaders. Sims and his cronies are just that. While a share repurchase might make some sense - god knows they've created enough dilution by their own option grants - the required cure is the removal of Sims. Until he is gone, the exodus of the best talent will continue.

For what it's worth, the Wall Street Journal quoted one of the analysts as saying something to the effect that "....even though the company has said it's turnover numbers are relatively normal, the chatter on the street is that there is a meaningful exodus of people, especially at the management level." Paraphrased.

Credibility of leadership teams is very important - this team's credibility is lost with shareholders, employees, and analysts. The cure is obvious - Sims must leave or be removed.

If Sims isn't out, it's only important asset - it's people - will continue to head for the exits. If the board and shareholders allow this to continue, the company's future is unpredictible. This has the potential to be a very negative spiral.
