Good gosh....I was gone this week with about 80 5th grade students to the Yosemite Institute in Yosemite and come back this weekend to see over 50 new posts since I left! I thought it was a mistake! Have been waiting to see news like this for a while, and can't wait to see the stock really starting to show it's former trading levels as people realize the potential here! I have to leave again for a few days in Arizona for work, and won't be able to check the posts, so will be really looking forward to what develops while I am gone this time!

Has anyone tried to reach Jayne to see if we can get a hint on the timelines? I got hammered on this and another microcap last year, glad to see that maybe my patience wasn't just denial!

GO LONE!!!!!!

IBMickey. hello, those are very good questions. I am not experienced enough to project any better ideas than we could imagine.

Forgetting the spinout situation for a moment, the reasons I own this stock are several.

Ownership is honest and does notlead on or maneuver shareholders for any selfish gain.

There are no options issued to anyone, but if they are, the dilution size is extremely insignificant ( I dont believe there are )

Lone is not a debenture happy company. I think thay had one three years ago, but as you may remember, they repurchased it adding fuel to the rise in value back then.

The cureent debenture in dispute, will obviously be re prurchased.

The ownership who owns by far the majority of outstanding shares does not dump them on the market, in fact I dont think they ever have sold any they aquired visavis their aquiring by the southern group.

Beside the above high quality attributes for this company being a penny stock and all, I love this stock because of the asset value of the owners and their subs and divisions and licensing. they are valueble.

I dont really even care if they ever spinout anything. If they were to try, they would have aquired assets and grown so much larger than they are now, that it wouldnt matter to me, let alone the fact that if there assett base and premiums grow large enough; they will be fairly distracted with offers to buy the company that it wouldnt matter.

The long and short is that it appears this curent recovery paln is driven by outside capitol, and that means aquisitions that grow assett base and premium recovery and liscensing.

But, these are my educated and logical opinions and it may not matter.

One thing is for sure. This stock has never SUFFERED from anything..... a band of happy humpin traders..... news release happiness..... no options that need excersised for the company to be able to operate...... and no insider dumping.

So as for me the simple guy... the practical fundamentals and values speak for them selves. I think.

I know I did not answer your questions, but i shared my reasons for being here. I have only posted one other location on SI.

good luck and best regards

I reread the recent news release again and frankly, it's a bit mystifying. Just what is a "Spin-out?" It's not exactly a legal term. Does this mean we will own 4 LONES, or LONE will be a holding company for a variety of active companies? Last thing I need is more paper to plaster on my walls.

Be that as it may, what I really come away with is that these people are serious about making LONE have value - Not just another b*lls**t OTC:BB stock in other words. And that's my point, if LONE is ever going to be a player, its got to move off the BB and onto a legitimate exchange.

Years ago, Brent talked about making a few acquisitions, getting the stock price up and moving onto the NASDAQ. I believe qualifying for a real stock exchange remains a priority to LONE. And I wonder if the talk about a group of investors loaning LONE $$ or possibly buying shares of LONE is a hint that they are going to buy up shares until the price holds at a NASDAQ qualifying level.

I think that level is $5/share, but maybe someone else can verify this. I recall that when things looked rosy a few years back, LONE sold for over $4. Is $5 such a stretch once the lawsuits are settled?

Actually, all LONE has to do is demonstrate they have some cash and then announce that they will buy back shares in the open market that are selling for less than a target price. If it believed LONE would follow through, the market would respond immediately by pricing the stock at this level. LONE would have to expend very little cash for a big boost in capitalization.

LONE at $5 . . . that would be cool.

Please everyone, its a nice dream, don't wake me up.
