Mitchell,

I wish they did not. I think these guys work more like lawyers than businessmen. The purpose of bnez should be to run the business of selling software and not litigation, especially against a 133 billion dollar gorilla like aol. Most of us have been saying this way back when. Why not use the money to promote their products like pma and the others instead of wasting it litigating an unattainable win, imo.
