Hello everyone, found your thread from the FECC thread. I am long FECC at 4 11/16. Found FECC from information off of USWB site. Here is one I am in at 1 1/4 and it is now at 15/16. DWNS is an interesting story. It is a publicly traded company with a lousy business. Netbilling.com is a private company apparently with a growing business. They are now going to merge and Netbilling gets to be a public company without the time and expense of an IPO and DWNS gets a viable business.
