<<Is there no limit to the tendency of the male to see most life on earth as potentially exploitable...? >>
Lorrie, have you ever walked in the woods by yourself? That's where you can see the truth of what I'm saying.
There is no limit to the tendency of living things to exploit and compete. Those who avoided this tendency, if ever there were such, disappeared long ago. Life itself exploits voids. Based on inconclusive evidence in rocks from Mars, some scientists are speculating that life may generate itself everywhere the minimum requirements are met. A distinguishing quality of the human race is its ability to cooperate and learn from its mistakes. Is that enough to avoid exploiting itself out of existence? Stick around and find out.
