Yes Ellen. Very honestly a contract is voided when income or assets are diverted. What I mean by a "contract" is the one RMIL and Ovis made with you and the other shareholders. There is always a money trail. What is important to remember that although the initial recipients of the exchange (if any) are gone or assets dwindled the person or persons making the original contract with you (responsibilitY) ARE STILL LIABLE for the diverted funds as well as what may have been achieved without diversion..attorneys fees etc...JUST MY FRIGGIN OPINION...Not a government operative as al is dressing in and with a doctorate now...just a guy...
