lakers17, I hope it is not the appeals deal he has for the investors within these 30-90 days. I hope the news is about the progress of sales of their products and I hope that it is a pleasant surprise for all of us. I am still holding and refraining from the temptation of adding more. peacelover

another 90 days and then what? i think we need to remain objective. i don't think it's a question of individual integrity. it's a simple matter of business focus. i personally believe that more shareholder value would have been derived from bnez being fully reporting six months ago (as they had projected) than any value they will derive from pursuing the aol suit. and i further believe that had management pursued both with equal effort we'd already be fully reporting. now true, we don't have all of the facts. but if they were fully reporting we'd certainly have more than we do today. regards. gary
