Sully welcome back to the DCHT thread. Things seem to have calmed down now, so I dare say it is safe to re-enter the waters. There will always be people that lose money because of their own foolish mistakes that will seek to damage those they feel responsible, rather than place the blame where it belongs. But that would be a perfect world.

The RAM website is now up for viewing, and while not complete, is good enough to be seen.

The DCHT reports now have their own home, and can evolve naturally.

We are considering starting a message thread there, but instead we will probably just rely on what has already been established and widely used by the public as a whole. Like it or not, SI is still the premier place to play, and I am confident that they will begin to enforce their terms of usage, and begin to ban those that post merely as a form of harassment.

For now, check out ramcapitalmanagement.com and tell me what you think.

regards,

Steve H2O

Irvinesully, it's not bashing to show the other side of the DCHT coin...

since nobody seems to have any interest in providing a balanced account. Think of the false impression an unwary potential investor would have if he only read the hypsters comments...

Here is an example, Irvine, you say: "DCHT has no debt!"

Could it be that Banks don't want to lend because of the horrific loses in 1998 of more than 4 Millions and the Company's net assets of only about $194,000?

That could also explain why in less than one year some 1.8 Millions shares or about 17% of the total capital has been given to compensate service suppliers (the landlord got over $600,000 for the rent alone), thereby creating a loss of value to the remaining shareholders, through dilution.

Irvine, I have followed your posts on other threads and you are with Sid Turtlman and a couple others the only people for whom I have any respect on this Board. If you post bullish comments on this Company, kindly ensure that you provide a balanced account, or I will.
