Hi barber: I have not seen the annual report - not sure why I haven't gotten it yet, but I'm going to check today. I vaguely remember the discussion about the number of shareholders a few months back. Are you disturbed because the fact that IR apparently gave you the wrong may indicate that other info obtained from them may be incorrect as well? Usually when a company announces a stock buyback program, it just state the maximum amount it will repurchase, so I'm not surprised at your figures. Not sure what the connection between the stock buyback program and people getting "excited" about 1K block trades is. Can you elaborate? K
