Observer

I find your response to Dept. of Navy officials most appropriate.

Observer....if you think it will fly, I say go for it.

I think the Navy has ways of dealing with their own (although you and others on the thread would know better). This man is not the type of person I would want to rely on to defend our country.

We certainly don't need him on SI either.

Best regards,
Helene

I was under the impression that the military prides itself on it's protection of the American citizens and the freedoms which we enjoy. And one of these items so many have put their lives on the line for is our enjoyed FREEDOM OF SPEECH. With so many military men and women on this thread, I am surprised to see that such a lack of respect is accorded to this right due every American. And that many of these military personnel would resort to bullying tactics to quiet another who does not share their views.

I'm sure my father, retired Chief USNavy would be proud that he served for so many years in the military and that his cousin died in Korea to pass on his legacy to you all. And my father-in-law, retired full Bird Colonel, USArmy would be proud that he served 3 tours in Vietnam to know the caliber of people who now shoulder the responsibility of protecting Americans and their freedoms everywhere. A man who held many buddies in his arms while they took their last breaths.
