Osprey it is against the law to hype a stock without disclosing that you are either paid to do so or are employed by the company. The SEC had taken action and the paid hypesters have then started to prominently put disclaimers on their communications. Daniel, don't take anyone's word for this EXCEPT a good securities attorney. Remember ignorance of the law is no excuse. And being 15 doesn't excuse you. Further forget about trying ruses like having dad buy stock for you, I doubt that this would work. If you are looking for options this, like the libel thing, is best handled by an attorney. Spend a few dollars and save millions.
