Per NASDAQ, a MM must file a 15c2-11 for each security, MIDL, MIDLW, and MIDLP.

Midland's 15c2-11 for Midland Common had requested the symbol "MIDL". The status of 15c2-11s for the warrants and preferred is unknown, but typically the 15c2-11s for the different security types are filed together.

The NSCC eligibility refers to Midland's prior listing with the NSCC before the stock was halted. Once trading resumes, it will be NSCC eligible again.
