Actually that question was for Axxel. So he has a price target of $15 to $20. The man believes in the power of the fax.

I still have a few questions for him - I hope he comes back. You should really learn to probe deeper.

Is Axxel highly respected? - perhaps in his own mind.

FCC Aims to Solve ADSL Co-Location Issues

RDSL - 19 March 1999

The FCC has adopted measures to stop many of the co-location delays which have impacted on competitive local exchange carriers' (CLECs) launch of high-speed data services.

With the new rulings, the FCC aims to eliminate much of the ambiguity regarding the demands contained in the 1996 Telecoms Act. The new rulings ought to stop incumbent local exchange carriers (ILECs) from adopting blocking tactics on co-location.

Under the rulings, CLECs will be permitted to deploy equipment at ILEC central offices without needing to set up expensive cages which separate the equipment from the incumbent carrier. If the ILEC refuses co-location, the new carrier is permitted to visit the central office.
