Tom - I used data from the MSN Investor. The data includes quarterly reports up to the present. I look at the ratio of cost of sales to revenue and also net to revenue. The quote you referenced I'm guessing Lund was referring to year-to-year comparisons so his statement may be valid. For my own trading I prefer to look at quarter-to-quarter comparisons especially for companies whose revenue growth is strong. Kevin
