* Form 4: can't file until they're reporting. * Guessing games? that's all what watcher is doing. * 98 revs? just forget it, Michael said it's virtually nothing, no relevance to 99 revs. * McGraw Hill? think I asked and posted a while ago, don't remember now, will find out (not guess). * BS distanced himself for legal reasons, so not to affect FNTN in a case of any lawsuit. * All other: will ask and post. Barbara, Looks like you have your eyes wide open. Normally, when I smell something one my shoes, it means I've got s_it on them! Your observations speak volumes. Although I see no need to try and justify things, can I assume that you want this info. because you have lost money or are you looking for reasons to stay in the deal? I do not have the info. you requested. As far as the stock that has been issued, I believe you can get that from Edgar. As far as the Form 4's, if I were a shareholder I would contact the SEC. I would also let them ask management about your questions regarding proper sales etc. That's what they are there for. Let's face it. FNFN will not answer these questions and if they did, who could believe them! I will do some research and will be glad to post if I find something new. They can not hide ther information for long. It will come out sooner or later.
