I could swear CyberTrade had a nice explanation on its site last week but seems to be gone now. I'll keep looking.

BTW - I agree with you re: liquid stocks but one MM in particular has been there with large numbers at just the right (wrong) moment consistently for the last couple of days (INCA). His shares always take longer to move than other MM's and, almost without fail, the lower priced shares get drained and the stock moves down another tick. Once the stock gets down to the big orders, he disappears until volume slows again. Just my observations...not meant to be engraved in stone or taken as more than frustrated chit-chat.
