What ever it is it will come out soon. The insiders always know way before the little guy has a chance. If Francios was correct about 10,000,000 shares outstanding that means over 4 million were issued since 11/28/98. To sell that many shares it had to be pennies on the dollar. If they were done in a reg s filing those shares are free trading after 40 days. I wonder if DiAmaro will even answer this question. If he does they will probably fire him. BB's usually don't want the common people to know anything. floyd

KHS, Like you I held and at this price do not see any reason to sell. The downside maybe the low 2's, but who knows. The volume was high at the start of the day and then decreased significantly. If SFLK did sell 4mil. shares on 11/98 and after 90 days the "investors" could sell then this is the stupidest company in the world. But I doubt these people can sell for at least a few more weeks. Also the volume while average is not significantly higher. I will hold on through April and wait for their audit statements and in May they are planning to be fully reporting. At this time we will see if floyd is correct or not, but doubt he is. Who would have time to be constantly looking at multiple message boards and refuting immediately any comments made. If he is a successful investor why is he shorting a stock under $5. He is bogus. Floydie forgets that even he is not sure SFLK did anything illegal, the promoters may have. If this company is bogus then the SEC would have delisted them immediately, not wait 8 weeks.
