That's my guess also... That is why I posted the article.
I don't think they are a scam by any means. But if there is good news, and the MMs want their stock back..... we can only speculate what might happen.

Been keeping an eye on the Dayton threads. Very interesting info about how it is posted old management raped and pillaged before exiting, (just based on what I have been reading). Now the debenture holders are fighting for their lives. They hold unsecured paper but because of their names they are trying to muscle in on DAY and I would presume takeover the company. These same folks are probably trying to woo 'ol Medinah into a sweet deal for the lawsuits and undisputed properties. All in an effort to attract some major into the deal..again I presume. Now my 2 cents worth from the eyes of a major is to let the Debenture holder take a hike and write off their bad investment like the rest of us do at times and let the remaining 40,000,000 shares have a say in the future of the company. With deminishing grade and a very quick end to the Medinah thorn needed things are not very rosy for them either. So let them go belly up and walk in to save the mine and those employed. That way you get it dirt cheap. No pun intended. Now if I were Medinah I would be leary of a debenture holder carrying promises such as a new board, and bunches of shares for our erasing the lawsuit and selling them our properties..they probably would be hiding under some wool's cloth with a major name behind it. So it will be interesting to see what develops. Amazing how they focus everything on LiPangue for 5 months and all the other dominoes were put aside and now we seem to be stumbling on our drill program...IMO folks. I'm sure it isn't easy living in the glass palace looking down on us lit 'l 'ol shareholders doing whats best for us, but just seems creditability should have been delivered months ago to make it easier on them and us....
Remember the Dayton debenture meeting is March 31st. We should be able to have at least 3 or 4 more holes dug by then. Did anyone ever confirm the type of drill being used and whether Sedna actually is doing the diamond drills. If they aren't I hope we got our money back..lol!!!!!Maybe I'll get off my *ss and call my contacts in Chile again...

:-)
