CH thanks, this is exactly what Michael told me several times, SEC can not file forms 4 for non-reporting co.
So watcher, before you label my info as BS, it would be good idea to check it out first.
Watcher I don't know what your motives are but if you want cheap shares I can tell you it's hard to buy it here. I was buying last week on a dip and it took me entire day to fill my orders with raising my limits.

Dear C Horn,
While we may or may not agree as to whether these options are a problem going forward for the Company or for that fact even an issue:
What would you think of the Company buying back a portion of these options? At first blush, I see a number of advantages.
