Option Buy Back

Dear De Peepster,
I don't recall previously discussing the
options as an issue or a problem, but since
you brought it up, now seems like a good
time to discuss it.

I wouldn't think the Company would have the
"option" to buy back the options, usually the
option lies with the option holder. If the
company does have the "option" to buy these
options back, it would make a great deal of
sence to do so, since the option price is .19.
Too good to be true, most likely can't happen.

I am not really that concerned about the capital
structure of the Company. I think it is very
positive that management has a major stake in the
Company, in fact, I would be more concerned about
the Company if management did not have a major
stake.

The way the capital structure of FNTN has evolved
is very typical of what transpires when a company
is formed via a merger with a shell corporation.
There are both advantages and disadvantages in
the shell merger versus a private company followed
by an IPO.

I haven't seen the comparison discussed on this
thread, which is somewhat amazing considering the
number of posts.

Regards,
CH
