Well said. I would imagine at this juncture the only way for the Company to buy back these options, would involve BOD approval as well as a mutual agreement as to price, needless to say. Do you have any feel in terms of whether the shares involved in these options require the company to hold these shares to the side? I am not familiar with this issue at all. Also, if you have the time would love to hear the pros & cons on shell vs. private company/IPO. As I recall FNTN was formed as a shell who in turn did an IPO.
