DEAR GARY,

IF FINANCIAL STATEMENTS SHOW NO NET ASSETS; DOES
THE COMPANY HAVE A SUIT PENDING OR OTHER CLAIM OUTSTANDING AGAINST BROTHER FISCHER??

IF SO, ANY IDEA OF STATUS AND POTENTIAL??

REGARDS, JIM COLE

Gary:

Yes, a lot of possible variables are under the control of attorneys.
But even fresh out of law school, one recognises contractual factors such as:

1. The written change to .50 warrant conversion fee.

2. The establishment of the P to 35 C conversion.

3. Any written dividend or other policy.

Financial plans and determinations revolve around all factors established by a company. In my opinion, these cannot be changed unless they benefit, rather than harm.

Good to read your input again Gary, once a leader always a leader. This certainly also goes for you Bill. The whole MIDL FAMILY of investors is a great, much appreciated group...always has been.

I thank God for each of you. Hit my 72nd the 19th with a smile in my thankful heart. And then later, on the same day, a great birthday present when Bill shared the good MIDL news. Even old Sarge felt a wee bit of excitement.

Keep praying and thanking our Great God.
