In actuality the company who should buy the Q should be IBM or INTC. They would buy a built in burgeoning chip business. They could then sell of the parts, Handset, Infastructure, Omnitracs, WK etc and regain most of the purchase price. They would keep what we all know is the jewels of the company(IPR's and Asics). IBM was buying its shares back at 80-100 dollars for several years now. I think the CSCO stuff is stupid, and untrue. The other fit would be NOKIA or MOTorolla.JMHO
