Dear Jorj, No, I don't think so. I am not very good at understanding this, but I have some really good news. Mr. Bruce says the website will be up and running before the end of this month, which is only a few days away. He alos told me that they are goingto do something called a private placement which I have heard of. Its when you can get in on a company that is going to go public before it goes public. Mr. Bruce says there are alot of rules that he has to follow, but he said that I can annoucne it on Silicon Investor. The private placement will be only available if you go to the website and ask for the information because the information has to be mailed to you. Anyway he said he would email the information to me on the funphone and so I could put it on Silicon Investor. I asked him how much the private placement was but he said he couldnt answer that because I'll have to inquire on the website. Anyway, this is what he told me, The funphone does not use any software download and it does not use any telephone or anything and it is free. He said the technology is revolutionary and totally new, and the patents were pending and that this would make telephones basically obsolete for all practial purposes for anyone with a computer. You can use it with just the computer you have right now as long as you have speakers and a certain kind of chip I think but anyway almost all computers can use this with no software or anything he says that you just become a member and then you can call anyone anywhere for free. He said the business model was similar to Efax.com which is to sign up a lot of people and then get them interested in the peripheral products. He didnt tell me what the peripheral products were. But that sounds pretty good doesn't it? You can make a phone call for free anywhere. So I will have details about what it is when I get the email from him, but I really want to invest in this if it is really a true thing. Please call me Dick. Sincerely, Dick
