I have two questions. For openers, of course, lolol.

1. Why do you call yourself "Dick" when your name evidently is "Randall". Probably not significant, but you never know.

2. Was this private placement a 504? And when, exactly, did they do it? End of last year or beginning of this year. Makes a difference, you know. If a 104, well, sure a $1 million cap. But how many shares were issued, eh?

Dick, I think I recall reading something in one of the techie mags about a company just like this. As Jorj said, the nature of the current internet made for so-so voice quality, but at least it worked.

I can see two distinct markets here: one for a really low end product (I guess you can't get any more low-end than free) that is supported by advertising, and one for a high end product that is as close to a conventional phone as possible.
