I'll suggest a reason for the slow turnaround time on Quarterly reports - no CFO. Something they'll need to correct.

TA Guys: Weekly Downtrend in MACD Oscillator still in place for Valence. Also, perhaps a comment on the market in general, today 10 (out of a database of 2000) stocks showed a new lo but with an upturn in the Weekly MACD Oscillator - a strong buy signal. However, 68 stocks showed a new high but with a downturn in the oscillator - a strong sell signal. I haven't been doing this long enough to know whether this is normal or whether we're seeing signs of a new market downtrend.
