I wouldn't take insider selling as that big of a deal. Don't forget, most of these people had 100% in Citrix because of their options, they can use the money to buy nice stuff and/or diversify/diworseify, but I wouldn't worry about insider selling. I've owned since day one and sold many times at different levels: 20, 40, 70, and 104...diversified into CSCO, WCOM, YHOO, LU, VISX diworsified into CLCX. My friend who works at CSCO often talk about this one VP who sold some of his stock in 1990 to buy a speed boat and they jest him saying that the boat now cost over 1 billion dollars (because of the stock appreciation). Insider selling is no big deal.
