Early last week I requested information about the Instabuy program from Cybercash, possibly to purchase for my small business. No reply. I contacted them again, specifically calling attention to their lack of responsiveness. No reply. As I said to them, as a potential customer, I am annoyed, but willing to take my business elsewhere. As an investor, I am ALARMED! How can a successful company ignore customers' interest in their products? What is going on? In all my experience in the business world, I have yet to hear a reasonable excuse for not providing top-notch customer service.
