Define "small".

I agree it would be nice to have received a response. If they didn't respond because of overwhelming interest by "medium" or "large", that's something to keep in mind.

I think they have the product pretty well figured out but haven't come up to speed on the service. I'll give them a little time to figure it out, but will bail if I don't start hearing rave reviews.
